Whilst our remit focuses on the advertising and design industry there is a broader goal to demonstrate the positive impact that creativity can have across education, the economy and within society.

Purpose of the job

As a senior member of D&AD’s Foundation team you will play a vital role in leading the development and delivery of learning programmes that equip creative people at all stages of their education and career with the skills required to succeed.

This will involve managing the delivery and growth of existing products such as New Blood Shift; and also managing new programmes.

    • Project planning and management
    • Speaker / session outreach
    • Session hosting and facilitation
    • Innovating the programme to ensure that we maximise our impact.

    • Implementing and overseeing project management, ensuring the milestones are met to the required quality and budget
    • Liaising with project partners
    • Arranging and helping to facilitate events
    • Collaborating with project partners to interpret research into learning products
    • Designing and creating learning materials.
  • To bring a creative approach to designing new learning products and tools for professionals at all stages of their career. These learning products need to be produced for both on and offline delivery.
  • Effective project management and delivery experience
  • Proven organisational skills
  • The ability to design learning experiences that deliver specific outcomes
  • Experience of resource management
  • Experience of facilitating group discussion and/or training.
  • Experience of working in (or knowledge of) the advertising and design industry
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Keen interest in design & advertising
  • Basic in-design skills
  • Appreciation of how learning can be achieved through digital formats.

The Foundation Team delivers wide ranging projects and therefore whilst the list of tasks above will provide a good insight into the job you will need to be open to other duties as opportunities arise or circumstances change.
